About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Designer to join our team. This role involves translating client specifications and internal requirements into precise technical drawings, supporting the production cycle, and maintaining project-related documentation and costing information.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Design and Drafting: Design and generate components and technical drawings as specified by visiting clients, ensuring all design parameters are met.
2.  Portfolio Management: Check incoming emails for new or revised designs and promptly update them within the internal design portfolio/database.
3.  Production Support: Provide essential support to the production floor, with a specific focus on coordinating closely with the CNC bending team and CNC laser cutting team to ensure smooth fabrication.
4. Process Identification: Expertly analyze technical drawings to accurately identify and determine the complete production process involved.
5. Nesting and Optimization: Able to efficiently nest multiple drawings onto a single sheet of material and perform path length checks to optimize material usage and cutting efficiency.
6. Cost Management: Responsible for accurately maintaining the costing sheet for given orders within the shared workspace to track project financials.
7. Feasibility and Costing Queries: Responsible for checking the feasibility scenarios for new designs and providing accurate costing estimates based on email queries from sales or clients.
8. Professional Development: Able to assist and learn from the CEO.
9. Administrative Support: Assisting in Generating E way bills, writing invoices and delivery challans.

Our Prefrences

• Any fresher or graduate or diploma holder. But we prefer someone with mechanical engineering background.
• We prefer someone who has a prior experience working with AutoCAD in a laser cutting based fabrication industry.
• Able to speak English, Telugu & Hindi.
