Call Center Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Executive to manage customer calls, provide information about products/services, and handle inquiries efficiently. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally 

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues 

• Provide accurate information about products and services 

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions 

• Follow up with customers for updates, feedback, or payments 

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets 

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team

Requirements & Skills:

• Good communication skills (English, Telugu & Hindi) 

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) 

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Minimum: Any Graduate
