Job Description
Role Overview:
An Educational Counselor helps students make informed decisions about their education, including choosing courses, colleges, or career paths.
They assess students’ interests, strengths, and goals to provide personalized guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise students on academic programs, courses, and career options
- Help with college/university selection and admissions processes
- Assist in filling out applications, SOPs, and documentation
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions
- Organize career guidance workshops and seminars
- Maintain student records and progress reports
- Stay updated on education trends, entrance exams, and institutions
