About the Role:Campusmarg is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselors to guide students and parents in securing admissions into top universities for B.Tech programs. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about education and sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding B.Tech admissions
- Counsel and guide students on selecting the right university and course
- Explain program details, admission procedures, and benefits of partner universities
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful admissions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions progress
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate
- Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred)
- Strong convincing and counseling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on performance)
