Job Description
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with structured information, have a keen eye for detail, and want to contribute to building India's most comprehensive platform for bank auction and distressed properties
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze auction notices issued under the SARFAESI Act, IBC, and other recovery proceedings.
- Extract and verify key property details such as:
- Property address and location
- Reserve price
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
- Auction date and time
- Property type and area
- Authorized Officer and Bank details
- Validate the completeness and accuracy of auction notice data before publishing.
- Update and upload auction property details on the Hecta website within defined timelines.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and escalate for clarification.
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure duplicate listings are avoided.
- Coordinate with internal teams for corrections, updates, and quality checks.
- Maintain records of processed auction notices and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data verification and website updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong reading and comprehension skills for legal and financial documents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and internet research.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in data verification, documentation, legal process support, or back-office operations.
- Experience in real estate, banking, NBFC, or auction-related processes will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of auction notice review and data entry.
- Number of auction notices processed per day.
- Timeliness of website updates.
- Data quality and error rate.
- Compliance with internal SOPs and turnaround time (TAT).
