Catering Operations Manager

The Catering Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing catering operations from order confirmation to the successful completion of each event. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, the kitchen team, vendors, logistics, and service staff to ensure timely execution, high-quality food, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with customers to confirm event details, menu, guest count, venue, and schedule.

Communicate customer requirements to the kitchen and operations teams.

Prepare and verify event orders, production schedules, and dispatch plans.

Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and service staff for smooth event execution.

Ensure food quality, quantity, packing, and timely dispatch.

Monitor catering operations from the kitchen until service is completed at the event venue.

Handle customer queries, last-minute changes, and operational issues efficiently.

Track event progress and ensure all services are delivered as committed.

Maintain event records, invoices, and operational documentation.

Collect customer feedback and report any service improvements required.

Ensure compliance with company standards for hygiene, quality, and customer service
