Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and capable professional to join the Founder’s Office as Chief of Staff. This role will act as a central point of coordination across functions, supporting strategic initiatives, operational execution, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of analytical thinking, execution capability, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across business functions
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and scalability
• Oversee day-to-day operational coordination across departments
• Support the Founder in strategic planning, decision-making, and project execution
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
