Job Description

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Regular follow-up calls with existing clients
  • - Collect feedback and resolve basic issues
  • - Coordinate with support team for client problems
  • - Identify upsell opportunities
  • - Send product updates and new feature information
  • - Maintain client communication records
  • - Ensure timely renewals

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year customer service/relationship experience
  • - Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • - Problem-solving attitude
  • - Basic CRM knowledge
