Position: Tele caller / Sr. Tele Caller

Experience: 6 Months _ 1 Years

Qualification: Any Degree

Location: Hyderabad, Jublihills

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.     Generate sales leads.

2.     Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.

3.      Interact with clients to determine business requirements

4.      Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically

5.     Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.

6.     Showing commercial properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available properties & preferably with experience in retail sales sector

Skills required:

1. Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve

2. Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness

3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

4. Should have Excellent Communication Skills.

5. Telugu, Hindi and English spoken with reasonable fluency

6. Experienced in call center/ customer support functions/ collection dept.
