Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to inform them about our educational programs and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote educational services and programs.Answer inbound calls from potential customers and provide detailed information about courses and enrollment processes.Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for calls and enrollments.Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.Attend training sessions to stay updated on new courses, services, and industry trends.
