Job Description
Job PurposeThe Store Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring food is prepared and dispatched on time while maintaining quality, SOP adherence, hygiene, inventory accuracy, and team performance to achieve operational KPIs.
- Key Responsibilities1. Operations ManagementEnsure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Monitor order flow from receipt to dispatch.
- Maintain Kitchen Preparation Time (KPT) ≤ 5 minutes.
- Ensure dispatch within the target time.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks during peak hours.
- Implement Priority Dispatch SOP when required.
