Job Description
Guest Service & Welcome: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and explain the unique AB's buffet and live grill concept. [1, 2]
Starter Service: Continuously serve and replenish a variety of grilled meats, seafood, and vegetarian skewers to the guests' table preferences. [1]
Order Taking: Take specialized beverage and main-course orders, assist guests with the central "Wish Grill" (live grill) concept, and relay requests to the kitchen. [1, 2]
Table Maintenance: Clear empty plates, skewers, and glasses promptly; reset tables quickly for the next customers. [1]
Menu Knowledge: Stay fully updated on daily specials, ingredients, and potential food allergens to answer guest inquiries. [1]
Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized. [1, 2]
