We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator with strong knowledge of CNC routing and machining processes. The role involves converting CAD models and drawings into machine-ready files using ArtCAM or similar CAM software, generating CNC toolpaths and G-code, and operating the CNC machine to manufacture wooden toys and other physical products.


The candidate should be confident in selecting the correct tools, feeds, speeds, cutting depths, tolerances, work-holding methods, and other machining parameters required to achieve the intended dimensions, finish, and quality. They will also be responsible for machine setup, trial runs, troubleshooting, quality checks, and refining the machining process to accurately translate our designs into finished products.
