Job Description
TELANGANA PCI IS MANDATORY
Need to work on Morning and evening shifts. Incentives from 4th month onwards
- Dispensing Medications
- Prepare and provide prescribed medicines accurately.
- Ensure the correct dosage, strength, and instructions are given.
- Patient Counseling
- Explain how to take medications properly.
- Inform patients about side effects, drug interactions, and precautions.
- Medication Management
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
- Monitor patient medication history to prevent harmful interactions.
- Providing Healthcare Advice
- Recommend over-the-counter medicines for minor illnesses.
- Advise on healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention.
- Ensuring Compliance with Laws
- Follow pharmacy regulations and ethical standards.
- Maintain proper records for controlled substances and prescriptions.
- Inventory and Storage Management
- Manage medicine stock and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Remove expired or damaged medicines safely.
- Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals
- Work with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient care.
- Clinical Responsibilities
- In hospitals, pharmacists may monitor treatment plans, dosage adjustments, and patient recovery.
- Maintaining Confidentiality
- Protect patient medical and prescription information.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on new medicines, treatments, and healthcare guidelines.
