Qualifications and Skills

• ITI (Fitter, Turner, machinist) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• CNC (Computer numerical control) machine operational experience
• Hands on experience as a Lathe machine operator
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Awareness of Inspection and measurement of Instruments
• Familiarity with Fanuc/Siemens Controller Operation
• Familiarity with Job Setting.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture aerospace parts per technical specifications and production requirements.
• Perform tooling setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to optimize machine efficiency and precision.
• Maintain high-quality standards through regular inspections and necessary adjustments.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate components.
• Monitor and replace cutting tools as needed to maintain quality output.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC and lathe machines to ensure performance and minimize downtime.
• Document production activities, maintenance tasks, and encountered issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes, resolve issues, and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain an organized workshop.
• Perform quality checks on finished components to meet industry standards.
