Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage collection and recovery in the lending portfolio
  • Handle individual collection portfolios effectively
  • Update visit trails and collection details on the Mobile App
  • Ensure 100% visits on all cases and track asset utilization/availability
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets to meet monthly goals
  • Ensure adherence to processes, compliance, and audit requirements. Deposit collections without delay
