Job Description

Maintain and update data accurately in MS Excel and internal systems

Perform data entry, verification, and validation on a daily basis

Prepare reports, MIS, and summaries using Excel functions

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality

Handle bulk data processing and documentation tasks

Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities

Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting

Monitor and manage records, files, and digital databases

Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors

Follow company procedures and maintain proper documentation standards
