Content Creation & Design: Design regular eye-catching graphics, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional banners for upcoming tournaments, coaching batches, and academy announcements.

Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) in a timely, engaging tone.

Event Coverage: Document live training sessions, student achievements, tournament highlights, and player stories using photo and video.

Campaign & Growth Strategy: Plan and execute weekly content calendars, highlighting chess puzzles, student spotlights, grandmaster quotes, and academy news.

Analytics & Performance: Track engagement metrics across platforms and suggest improvements to maximize reach and conversion for academy enrollment.

Qualifications & Requirements : 

Graduate with a strong interest or background in chess (familiarity with notation, chess culture, or online platforms like Chess.com/Lichess is a major plus).

Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Inshot and any major editing apps. 

Solid writing skills for crafting clear, engaging captions and promotional copy.

Active presence on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook with an eye for current social trends.

Age is not a barrier if you are passionate enough to learn and grow.
