Job Description
Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on jewellery, including metals, gemstones, and styles.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and showroom sales goals, often through trust-based, personalized selling.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including current market trends and new arrivals.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Inventory & Operations: Conduct stock checks, manage inventory, and process transactions (billing/payments) efficiently.
Clienteling: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
