🚨 We're Hiring: Credit Controller

📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid
🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position


What you need to be successful

Job Description

  • Manage responsibility for collection of monthly trade AR customer portfolio across North America, managing high-volume corporate and strategic accounts with complex payment structures.

  • Minimum 10+ years of proven expertise in core B2B AR collections, with a track record of driving resolution in challenging, escalated cases.

  • Acted as Subject Matter Expert for at least 4 years, providing guidance, mentoring, and process improvements documented in formal papers or internal best-practice frameworks.

  • Partner closely with strategic customers, commercial sales, and customer service to proactively resolve billing disputes and systemic issues preventing payment.

  • Oversee and approve release of time-sensitive blocked customer orders, ensuring compliance with corporate credit policies and risk management standards.

  • Support Global AR Lead and NA Credit Manager with daily operational oversight, including escalations, reporting, and strategic collection initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional Customer Service Teams, Commercial Sales Teams, and Credit Leaders to identify root causes of non-payment and implement corrective action plans.

  • Demonstrated expert-level command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, complex formulas) to analyze AR data, forecast collections, and prepare executive-level reporting.

  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and deliver measurable improvements in DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and cash flow performance.
