Customer Relationship Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer relationships, handling post-sales activities, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely payment collections. Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and providing project updates to ensure a positive customer experience. Proactively identifies customer needs, resolves concerns, and ensures seamless coordination across departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Coordinate post-sales activities, documentation, registration, and possession processes.

Follow up on payment schedules and pending collections.

Prepare CRM reports and maintain MIS data.

Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–4 years of experience in Real Estate CRM, Customer Service, or Collections.

Strong communication, customer handling, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
