Job Title: CRM Executive (SALES) (Female)

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to build strong customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sales growth through effective customer engagement and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the customers accurately.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Conduct follow-up calls and messages with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan and execute customer engagement activities, festive greetings, and loyalty programs.
• Track customer purchase history and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Send promotional messages, offers, and event invitations through WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone calls.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare CRM reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, or customer relations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and good organizational skills.
• Preferred Candidate Female candidate preferred.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
