- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance system architecture.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of architectural standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
- Experience with performance optimization and security best practices in software development.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to provide innovative technical solutions.
