- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using .Net technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
- Ability to integrate machine learning models into software solutions to enhance functionality.
- Experience with database design, development, and optimization to support application performance.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
