Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, and experience working with state-of-the-art Generative AI models (such as GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.). You will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing GenAI-powered solutions for real-world applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications for Generative AI use cases.
- Integrate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) or diffusion models for business needs.
- Build APIs and pipelines for model deployment and interaction.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and performance tuning of models.
- Ensure responsible AI use by applying safety, fairness, and bias-mitigation techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and foundational models.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
