Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leveraging modular system designs and advanced integration methods to support and guide application development teams. The role emphasizes adopting a cloud-first and mobile-first approach to deliver innovative solutions. Working within an Agile framework, the engineer collaborates across various projects, balancing different scopes and scales to maximize value and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Experience in developing and implementing modular software architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software integration challenges.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
