Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, enabling the creation of solutions that meet specific business requirements and contribute to overall system performance and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application architecture and development principles.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to design, develop, and optimize custom software components for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deployment processes in cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
