Job Description
About the Role:
Inorbit Malls India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business operations through advanced data analysis, reporting, and customer insights. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in IBM SPSS, data visualization, statistical analysis, and MIS reporting to help improve mall operations, customer engagement, leasing performance, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer footfall, sales trends, tenant performance, and campaign effectiveness using IBM SPSS.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend forecasting to support business growth.
- Interpret large datasets and generate actionable business insights.
- Design and maintain data reports for marketing, leasing, finance, and operations teams.
- Perform customer segmentation, satisfaction analysis, and behavioral analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify KPIs and optimize mall performance.
- Create presentations and analytical reports for senior management discussions.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives in reporting systems.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Knowledge of IBM SPSS , SQL and database management
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Statistical analysis and predictive analytics using IBM SPSS using IBM SPSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Certification in IBM SPSS, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence preferred
- Experience in retail, mall management, real estate, or customer analytics is an advantage
