Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day support activities for clients/franchise partners.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
  • Provide call, WhatsApp, and email support to customers/franchisees.
  • Maintain records, reports, and follow-up updates.
  • Assist in onboarding and training support.
  • Resolve queries professionally and within timelines.
  • Support operations and management in daily tasks.
  • Maintain good communication and relationship with clients.
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills in English & Telugu/Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and team coordination
  • Preferred Candidate:Female/Male candidates
  • Smart, active, and professional behavior
  • Experience in support/customer service preferred
