Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic Freshers & Experienced candidates for Banking Process roles.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and chat support professionally

• Explain banking products/services to customers

• Generate leads and achieve sales targets

• Resolve customer queries effectively

• Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines


🎓 Eligibility: Intermediate / Graduation

🗣️ Languages Required: English & Hindi Mandatory

📍 Work Location: Pocharam & Hitech City

🕘 Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred


💰 Salary:

✅ Freshers: ₹14K + Incentives up to ₹30K

✅ Semi Voice/Chat Experience: ₹17K + Incentives up to ₹30K


🚕 Benefits:

• 2-Way Cab upto 33KM

• ₹2K Travel Allowance
