Job Description
Hiring for Porter Process – Rebranding Team Job Role Rebranding Executive / Associate
Client: Porter
- Company: Essencea Infoserv Pvt Ltd
- Department: Operations / Customer Support
- Job Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through calls.
- Assist customers regarding branding updates and service-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and system updates.
- Candidates are required to achieve minimum lead conversion targets.
- Need to achieve minimum 60% lead conversion performance as per process requirements.
- Per day, 90 to 100 connected calls need to be handled.
- Candidates must maintain 95% call quality standards.
- Required Skills Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Language Requirement Telugu + English or Hindi + English or Kannada + English
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand
- PF & ESI Applicable
- Training salary will be paid once the candidate is certified.
- Working Details6 Days Working
- Sunday Fixed Off
- Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Training Duration: 7 to 10 Days
