Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join The Organic World team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in locating products
- Provide product information, especially related to organic and healthy products
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of shelves
- Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed
- Check product expiry dates and remove outdated items
- Support in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues
- Follow store policies and maintain discipline
- Requirements:Minimum 6 months of retail or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of organic/healthy products (preferred)
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- Basic billing/POS knowledge is a plus
