Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application requirements and contribute to the development of systems that enhance operational efficiency. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the software applications developed are well-suited to meet evolving business demands, requiring thoughtful analysis and creative problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve application functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Experience in integrating third-party payroll systems with cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll integrations.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
