Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize software development practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud modules related to absence and leave management.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software development lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
