Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals, while fostering an environment that promotes innovation, quality, and efficient delivery of scalable software products.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Teradata BI, DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation tools related to Microsoft Azure environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable infrastructure as code solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing deployment pipelines and configuration management.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to support agile development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
