The MBA will
- Observe users & Map workflows,
- Identify issues,
- Simplify and redesign forms,
- Write clear functional specs.
- Deliver clean, simple, user‑friendly processes.
- Support & Assist the in-house SAP Implementation team
Extensive use of AI is a must to fill knowledge gaps and get ideas for reengineering process made on examples from other implementations globally or in India.
The MBA Graduate must have :
