Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Stake holders Engagement & Feedback
o Conduct outbound calls to existing and other stake holders to gather detailed feedback on services/products.
o Identify "pain points" in the customer journey and escalate urgent issues to management.
- Scheduling & Appointment Management
o Validate and recommend on critical and priority sites visits
o Manage the site visit calendar as per scheduling and send reminders to the stake holders to reduce "no-show" rates.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
o Liaise with the Operations, and technical teams to get real-time updates on project statuses.
o Act as the "voice of the customer" to ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
- Data Management (CRM)
o Maintain a 100% accurate and up-to-date record of all interactions, feedback, and appointment statuses in the CRM.
o Generate weekly reports on customer satisfaction trends and scheduling efficiency.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Key measures of success:
- Appointment & Scheduling Efficiency
o Scheduled site visit conversion rate
- Response Time
o How quickly the update the status in the CMR and sends update calls/SMS to client / Project in-charge. (Target: 100% same day and under 2 hoursfor high-intent leads)
o Maintaining a no-show rate of under 10% through effective reminder calls/SMS to client / project in-charge
o Time taken to relay a customer query to another department and get a resolution back to the customer.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) / CSAT
o The average satisfaction score gathered during feedback calls.
o The number of "Critical Issues" identified that led to a successful internal fix.

● Fresher or 1+ years of experience in the field of customer service industry, Call Centre
