Welcome new clients and explain the program flow, expectations, and contact protocols.

Act as the primary contact person for all client queries, feedback, or escalations.

Ensure timely coordination between clients and nutritionists, diabetologists, yoga trainers, and other team members.

Maintain a strong, empathetic, and professional relationship with every client to build trust and loyalty.

Client Support & Issue Resolution

Address any concerns regarding program execution, diet plans, consultations, yoga sessions, or scheduling.

Handle complaints with sensitivity and ensure timely resolution.

Regularly check in with clients (calls, WhatsApp, or emails) to track satisfaction and engagement.

Program Tracking & Follow-ups

Monitor the client’s journey through the program, ensuring milestones and appointments are completed.

Send timely reminders for follow-ups, consultations, and program renewals.

Collect testimonials and feedback from satisfied clients for internal records and marketing.

Payment Management

Follow up on pending or delayed payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Coordinate with the accounts team to update payment status.

Ensure financial commitments are fulfilled before program completion.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain updated records of client communications, progress, and escalations.

Prepare weekly reports on client satisfaction, program adherence, and payment status.

Share insights with management to improve client experience.
