Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Overview:We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Gaming Host to manage customer interactions, assist with gaming activities, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming, strong communication skills, and a friendly attitude.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers in selecting games and explain gameplay rules
  • Operate gaming consoles, PCs, VR equipment, or arcade machines
  • Monitor gaming areas to ensure safety and proper usage of equipment
  • Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently
  • Manage bookings, time tracking, and billing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming zones
