Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1.Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
2.Respond to customer queries related to Carezo Health services.
3.Assist customers in understanding and using the Carezo Health digital platform.
4.Provide information about healthcare services, appointments, consultations, and wellness programs.
5.Guide customers through registration, booking, and service processes.
Key Responsibilities
1.Answer customer calls professionally and courteously.
2.Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
3.Make follow-up calls for appointments, service updates, and customer feedback.
4.Record customer interactions and update CRM/database regularly.
5.Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
6.Maintain customer satisfaction through quality support.
7.Support customer onboarding and digital platform adoption.
8.Communicate service updates, offers, and healthcare programs to customers.
9.Ensure accurate and complete information is provided to customers.
