Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads, educate homebuyers about our services, and convert enquiries into inspection bookings.

This role is ideal for someone who can build trust, handle objections, and communicate value rather than just sell.

• Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & ConversionHandle inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leads
• Follow up with interested clients
• Convert enquiries into confirmed inspection bookings

2. Client ConsultationUnderstand:

• Property type
• Builder/project details
• Possession stage
• Client concerns

Educate customers about:

• Hidden defects
• Importance of inspection
• Post-inspection support

3. Objection HandlingHandle common objections like:

“Builder already checked.”

“Why should I pay for inspection?”

“I’ll do it myself.”

Ability to explain:

• Why Handover Expert is different.4. Booking CoordinationSchedule inspection appointments
• Coordinate with operations team
• Ensure smooth client communication
• 5. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up post-inspection
• Encourage reviews and referrals
• 6. CRM / Lead ManagementUpdate lead status
• Maintain follow-up records
• Track conversions

Required SkillsMust Have✅ Excellent communication (Telugu + English)
