Job Description
Key Responsibilities — Reception, Telecalling & Admin,
Requirements — Education, Language, Skills, Preferred background
- Attend and manage incoming calls and inquiries
- Make outbound calls for leads, follow-ups, and admissions/sales support
- Greet and assist visitors at the reception
- Maintain attendance, inquiry records, and basic data entry
- Coordinate between training center and business team
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Telugu preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel)
- Polite, confident, and presentable personality
- Ability to multitask and handle customers
