Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Data & Analytics Project to lead and manage data and analytics projects. The role involves delivering data-driven solutions by collaborating with clients and internal teams, overseeing data preparation processes, and designing robust data architectures. This position plays a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery and contributing to client business objectives through innovative analytics capabilities.

Software Requirements

Required:

Strong proficiency in data warehousing, data lakes, and big data platforms (minimum relevant experience).
Solid SQL skills with hands-on experience on database systems including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Familiarity with cloud-based data services, specifically AWS and Azure.

Preferred:

Knowledge in data modeling and governance frameworks.
Experience with modern data integration and ETL solutions.

Overall Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data analysis, modeling, and solution delivery for client engagements.
Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
