Summary:
As a Data Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the stewardship of an organization's data assets to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards. This role requires designing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that uphold data integrity and enforce governance policies effectively. The practitioner establishes and maintains protocols for managing data securely, protecting sensitive information, and optimizing the use of data across various departments. Additionally, they provide guidance on data quality standards and develop compliance policies that align with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of responsible data management throughout the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve data governance frameworks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align data management objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of data compliance and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing data quality frameworks.
- Ability to develop and enforce data compliance policies within complex organizational environments.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and methods to safeguard sensitive information.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
