Debt Collection Specialist

·       Proficiency in any South Indian language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada). English and Hindi are added advantages.

·       Native Hindi speakers preferred for northern region coverage.

·       Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

·       0–3 years of experience in debt collection (Freshers encouraged; training provided).

·       Goal-oriented with a strong "go-getter" attitude.

. Handle collection calls, counsel and assist customers with payment resolutions.

·       Demonstrate a solid understanding of debt collection protocols.

·       Maintain professionalism and ethics in communication.
