They are expected to use an Android phone for navigation and managing orders. Key Responsibilities

• Order Delivery: Pick up items from the BigBasket HUB and deliver to customers accurately, safely, and on time.
• Customer Service: Act as the face of the company, providing friendly and professional service to customers during transactions.
• Navigation & Technology: Use an Android smartphone and GPS to locate the fastest routes and manage delivery apps for real-time updates.
• Order Handling: Verify product accuracy, check for damaged items at the warehouse, and manage payment transactions.

Requirements

• Mandatory: A two-wheeler (bike/scooty) with a valid driving license and RC.
• Technology: An Android smartphone with a good internet connection.
