Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, MacBooks, printers, and other IT hardware.

Perform hardware troubleshooting and replacement of components such as RAM, Hard Disk/SSD, Motherboard, Display Panel, Screen, Keyboard, Battery, and other internal parts.

Install and configure Windows Operating Systems, device drivers, and required software applications.

Configure and support Outlook, MS Teams, printers, and network connectivity.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.

Provide L1 and L2 technical support to end users through remote and onsite assistance.

Coordinate with senior IT teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution when required.

Maintain system performance and ensure timely closure of support tickets.

Document troubleshooting activities and maintain IT asset records.

Travel to client locations for hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system setup when required.
