Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, and result-oriented Brand Marketing, Social Media & Content Creation Executive to strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing and managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing

Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials.

Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate events.

Work closely with sales and management to support marketing initiatives.

Social Media Management

Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

Create and schedule regular posts, reels, stories, and updates.

Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.

Content Creation

Create high-quality graphics, videos, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.

Write engaging captions, blogs, newsletters, website content, and email campaigns.

Capture and edit photos and videos of company activities, products, projects, and events.

Stay updated with current design and social media trends.

Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, photographers, printers, and agencies.

Maintain a library of brand assets, marketing materials, and digital content.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

Understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing.

Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Growth in followers and engagement across social media platforms.

Consistent execution of the monthly content calendar.

Improvement in brand visibility and lead generation.
