About the Role:

Sree Digitals is looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can support content development, social media marketing, video creation, and day-to-day digital activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with creating content ideas, shooting videos, editing reels/videos, handling social media pages, and assisting in digital marketing campaigns. This role is best suited for someone who understands how brands grow online and can actively contribute to content production and marketing execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContent DevelopmentCreate content ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Write basic captions, short ad copies, and promotional content.
• Support monthly content calendars for different brands or campaigns.
• Research trending content formats and adapt them for client requirements.
• Social Media MarketingAssist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and updates.
• Track basic engagement metrics such as reach, likes, comments, shares, and inquiries.
• Help improve brand visibility and audience engagement through consistent content.
• Video Shooting & EditingShoot videos for reels, promotional content, client work, behind-the-scenes content, and campaigns.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media ads.
• Add captions, music, transitions, effects, and brand elements where required.
• Ensure videos are clean, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s tone.
• Digital Marketing Assistance Support basic digital marketing activities including campaign coordination, creative planning, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, designers, and other stakeholders when required.
• Assist in preparing content for promotions, offers, launches, and special campaigns.
• Maintain organized files for creatives, videos, captions, and campaign materials.
• Required SkillsMust know video editing.
• Must be able to shoot videos using a mobile phone or camera.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, social media trends, and short-form content.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic caption writing and content writing skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar editing tools is preferred.
