Position summary

 

The Senior shall provide advisory services of EHS solutions like Enablon, Sphera, SAP and Cority, along with proven Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) subject matter knowledge to work efficiently with our key clients in their EHS solution implementations.

 

The Senior will be responsible for working closely with Managers and Senior Managers on client engagements. The role requires an understanding of Incident Management, Audits, Risk, Compliance Management, Management of Change, Environmental emissions (air, water, waste), Industrial hygiene along with well-developed communication skills. The Senior will be based out of our Gurgaon / Noida / Bangalore / Mumbai / Kolkata/Hyderabad offices.

 

 

Primary responsibilities

 

• Provide support and enhancement on different EHS digital tools such as Enablon, SAP Platform solutions in response to specific data, organizational and operational requirements.
• Implement EHS digital solutions for clients worldwide. Assist with system configuration, integration, training, roll-out, support, maintenance, and improvements.
• Support client teams as required to configure/deploy EHS solutions; specific activities include configuring components within the solution, analysing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
• Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of assigned deliverables and informing supervisors of engagement status.
• Receive direction from the Manager, Senior Manager and Partner.
• Identify engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data. Explain the client's critical success factors to the engagement team. 
• Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion, and manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports  
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

 

 

Qualifications, skills, and experience

 

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• 3–6 years of experience in consulting work experience in EHS digital solution implementation/support.
• Experience with EHS digital solutions such as Enablon, SAP, Sphera, Intelex, and Cority in design, build test, and deployment.
• Exposure to EHS process areas like Incident Management, Audits, Risk, Compliance management, Chemical Management, and Industrial hygiene
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Ability and comfort level in researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies 
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
